Identify opportunities from all online and manual tender advertisement sources for bid submissions and raise them with the bid management team.
Receive, study & submit tenders.
Prepare initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
Prepare, develop and issue competitive bid documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP, or Formal Tender) based on scope and specifications provided by internal stakeholders.
Monitor tender progression and deadlines.
Perform the final checks to ensure the 100% quality of the documentations submitted for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
Manage post award processes respecting timeline.
Locate key suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements.
Negotiate prices, terms of sales, service agreements.
Prepare and submit sales contracts .
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree.
- Good command of English, French is a plus.
